Each year the Heineken Champions Cup returns – the biggest European rugby union club championship in the calendar. Twenty top tier clubs compete for the cup in games beginning in November and concluding in May. Barnomadics take great pride in supplying our client with highly experience ambassadors at each UK game. The role of these ambassadors is to ensure that Heineken is presented and served to the correct specifications throughout the stadiums, branding points are correct, and the sponsor’s guests are taken care of with the utmost care. To ensure Heineken is served the right way, our charismatic teams educate the stadium bar staff on the Heineken’s trademark ‘Star Serve’ and general excellent practice in hospitality.
This project culminates with a full-service bespoke bar for the sponsor’s hospitality room at the Heineken Champions Cup final. Each year we try to outdo ourselves from the year before with the design of the bar, integrating new branding features that make the bar the focal point of the entire room. Produced, delivered and operated by Barnomadics; we ensure every detail of the drinks service is perfect and our guests leave with a positive and lasting memory of their experience.
